MGOLF | Saint Mary’s Announces Three Additions on National Signing Day

MORAGA, Calif. - Head coach Scott Hardy and the Gaels men's golf program announced three additions on National Signing Day that will head to Moraga for the 2026 fall semester. The Gaels are coming off of a productive fall campaign and currently rank 64th in the latest Scoreboard Golf rankings.

Drew Krystyn | Leawood, Kansas | Blue Valley North HS

Kansas State Junior Amateur Championship | 71-68-71, t-5th
Midwest Junior PGA Championship | 73-68, t-4th
AJGA Coca-Cola Junior | 73-76-70, t-7th
AJGA Elk Grove Championship | 73-72-73, t-11th
AJGA Wichita Junior Championship | 71-71-71, t-15th
AJGA Bass Pro Shops Payne Stewart Championship | 65-71-74, t-6th

"Drew brings a consistency with his golf game that is going to help him compete successfully in college golf", said coach Hardy. "He has the ability to shoot low as you can see from some of his scores but his strength of always hanging in there and posting something competitive is going to help him make an impact in our program. Drew also brings a solid short game with strong chipping and pitching of the ball. We look forward to getting Drew on campus and going to work to chase tournament titles" (Hardy).

"Landon has a great ability to go low and shoot impressive scores on consecutive days", said coach Hardy. "His accuracy off the tee and into the greens allows him to take advantage of his strong putting and short game skills. We think Landon could make an immediate impact on our program with his ability to score and his work ethic. He has built a great support system
around himself and we look forward to adding to that with everything the Saint Mary's golf program has to offer. Getting Landon on campus next fall is going to be a plus for our program (Hardy).

Will Hardy | Walnut Creek, Calif. | De La Salle HS

Concord City Championship | 71-68, t-4th
Antioch City Championship | 70-68, t-3rd
Antioch City Championship | 70-76, 2nd
Davis City Championship | 66-66, 4th

"Will has already immersed himself in the Saint Mary's golf community with his work at Sunday Swing during his gap year", said coach Hardy. "He will bring maturity and focus to the program that hopefully sees him being a leader for our team. His game is solid with a great ability to drive the ball and hit impressive high long irons. Will has a chance to step right in and help the program chase our goals of winning tournaments and playing in the NCAA post-season. He continues to develop and gain confidence that is showing on the course more and more each time he competes" (Hardy).

Saint Mary's will kick off their spring season at the National Invitation Tournament hosted by the University of Arizona starting on January 26th. The full schedule and additional program updates can be found at smcgaels.com.
