CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Freshman Kristian Bressum finished ninth of 77 golfers after shooting a 201 at the Lewis Chitengwa Memorial, good for 3-under par on the tournament. Bressum was 5-under on par fives over the three rounds.
Dylan VanderVeer finished the tournament shooting a 218 over the three rounds and was 2-over par to climb into the top 40.
Saint Mary's finished 11th as a team but were tied for first in pars made with Tennessee at the tournament, buoyed by Connor Reis making par 38 times, good for ninth most among all golfers.
UP NEXT
Saint Mary's will participate in the Rutherford Intercollegiate hosted by Penn State University on March 16 and 17.
