PROVO, Utah – Kristian Bressum finished day one of the Ping Cougar Classic Hosted by BYU at 1-under par to the lead the Gaels through two rounds.
Mitchell Hoey and Henry Fitzhugh each finished even on day one, Connor Reis is right behind them at 1-over par.
Bressum leads the Gaels with eight birdies, and Reis is 1-under on par threes and third among all golfers with 27 pars made. Fitzhugh is 3-under on par fours, while Hoey is 4-under on par fives with 25 pars made.
Saint Mary's as a team currently sits at 11th of 16 teams.
