SPRINGFIELD, Oreg. - After competing in the perfect temperature of 69 degrees, the Saint Mary's men's cross country team placed 13th out of 15 in the Bill Dellinger Invite with four Gaels making the top 100 and five Gaels hitting new PRs.
Zane Jackson led SMC once again as he finished in 52nd with a new personal best of 24:11.0. This is 18.7 seconds faster than his previous time. The Senior
Francisco Felix Jr. crossed the finish line at 24:27.7 in 70th place with his new personal best by 25.9 seconds. Sophomore out of Stockton,
Jacob Moffett, took 83th coming in with another personal best for the Gaels at 24:37.0, 10.5 seconds off of his best.
Just making the top 100 cut,
Curtis Volf finished 93rd as he crossed the finish line with a time of 24:44.3.
Aidan Donovan finished 109th with a time of 25:07.0, just 2.7 seconds shy of his personal best. Three spots behind him was
Eric Martinez with a time of 25:14.20, 0.4 seconds off of his best time.
Jason Habash crosses the finish line with his new person best of a time of 25.23.9.
