ROW | Gaels Compete Three Times Over the Course of Two Days

MORAGA, Calif. - The Saint Mary's Rowing team is heading to Chula Vista, California to compete at the Triton Invitational where they will compete three times in the span of two days, facing three conference rivals.

SMC came out on top with a big momentum shift in the middle of their season, defeating defending NCAA Division II Champions Cal Poly Humboldt.
The Gaels first varsity 8+ took the win with a time of 7:22.2, 11.9 seconds faster than the Lumberjacks. Saint Mary's second varsity 8+ took first place as they came in 30 seconds faster than Humboldt, finishing at 7:33.0.
The varsity 4+ was the only boat to come in behind the Lumberjacks at a time of 9:02.3.
