MORAGA, Calif. - Saint Mary's will compete in their third event in three weeks as the 2025 season heats up with the WCC Championships around the corner, starting on Friday, April 25th. The Gaels will head to Columbia this week to compete in the Tiger Invitational for the second straight season after finishing in a tie for fifth place in 2024. Head coach Scott Hardy and his group have been on a nice run as of late, finishing in the top-five in two of their last three events.
In the team's previous two top-five finishes, Aidan Lee has led the charge with a pair of top-ten finishes including a third place finish at the Duck Invitational. He now has three top-ten's on the season including an individual championship back in the fall at the Mark Simpson Invitational. Hard will go with the same starting five this week featuring Lee, Zack Missigman, Connor Reis, Go Nakatsukasa and Avery Lazarski.
The Club at Old Hawthorne will be another challenge for the field, totalling 7,221 yards and cold conditions will make for tough scoring over the three rounds. Additional tournament information and coverage can be found below:
