AS A SOPHOMORE (2025-26): Went 3-10 overall in singles play and held a record of 7-6 in doubles action in his second year as a Gael... Recorded his first singles win of the season in straight sets, defeating Jessup's Vadim Francois 6-2 6-0 (1/17)... Won back-to-back duals against UC Davis and Cal out of the sixth position; 6-0 6-2 vs. UC Davis (3/7) and 7-6 (7-3) 6-4 vs. Cal (3/13)... 7-6 in doubles play with teammate Bastien Maxant, operating primarily out of the three-spot... First doubles win came came in straight sets, 6-0 vs. Jessup (1/17)... Won three straight doubles matches in wins over Nevada (3/24), LMU (3/29) and Point Loma (3/31).
AS A FRESHMAN (2024-25): Duran went 2-12 in singles play and 0-2 in doubles during his freshman season... He won his first collegiate match in a 6-3 6-4 singles victory over Noe De Col from Idaho... His other singles victory came in straight sets, 6-1 6-1 over Loic Young Kriegel from UTRGV... Competed in the WCC Championships and fell in three sets to Valentin Faure from Santa Clara in the quarterfinals, 3-6 6-4 2-6... Duran went 2-0 in singles play in the UTR Sports NIT Championship with wins over Morgan State and Chattanooga.
