CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
AS A GRADUATE SENIOR (2025-26): Went 7-9 in singles play and a team best 11-9 in doubles play as a senior for the Gaels... Competed primarily out of the number one position in singles play for the Gaels... Recorded first win of the season in three sets, 2-6 6-2 6-3 over New Mexico's Philip Bosin (2/1)... Finished the season unbeaten over his final three matches including a pair of wins over Gonzaga and No. 35 Santa Clara's top singles player in the WCC Tournament (4/23)... Was a member of the team's top doubles team along with sophomore Finn Dyer, competing out of the top spot all season long... Won a season high four consecutive matches over New Mexico, Portland State, Sacramento State and Fresno Pacific... Won back-to-back matches over Pacific and Gonzaga to help Gaels clinch final spot in WCC Tournament... Named to WCC All-Academic Team for second consecutive season.
AS A SENIOR (2024-25): Maxant went 5-12 in singles play and 6-12 in doubles as one of the team's top performers all season long... He spent the majority of the season in the team's number one doubles spot along with teammates Paulo Hugo Etchecoin and Carlos Ramos Membrives... Maxant had a stretch of four unbeaten singles matches that included three wins against Hawaii and fellow WCC schools Portland and Gonzaga... Thibaud played his final two WCC doubles matches with his younger brother Bastien where they went 0-2 with defeats to Pepperdine and Santa Clara in the quarterfinals of the WCC Tournament... Maxant and Membrives went 2-1 in doubles play in the UTR Sports NIT Championship with wins over Morgan State and Rider University and also had a straight sets victory in the first round over Makkijha Brown from Morgan State, 6-2 6-3... Maxant was named to the WCC All-Academic Team, CSC Academic All-District and was a 2025 ITA Scholar-Athlete with a 3.67 GPA.
AS A JUNIOR (2023-24):
AS SOPHOMORE (2022-23): Went 5-10 in singles play before having to shut down his season due to a back injury in February.
AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22): Joined the team in the Spring Semester, and came right out of the gate with a 2-6, 6-1, 6-2 win over Cal's Michael Wright in his first match... Finished 7-6 in singles play.
