Ken Rancifer joined Saint Mary’s College of California in December 2024 as Associate Athletic Director for Administration. In this role, he supports the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and leads strategic, administrative, and cultural initiatives across a department of more than 80 staff and student-athletes.
With strong leadership experience in athletics at multiple levels, Rancifer has driven initiatives that strengthen the student-athlete experience, promote staff and community engagement, and align athletics operations with Saint Mary’s mission of character, community and competition.
Rancifer holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Diego, where he was a four-year student-athlete and captain of the Men’s Basketball Team.
