Men's Tennis Inks Two Players for 2005-06

Moraga, CA - Saint Mary's head men's tennis coach Michael Wayman announced the signing of two players for the 2005-06 season on Tuesday. Achim Christner from Liechtenstein, Germany and Alp Ozpinar, from Davis, CA, via Turkey will both be joining the team in the fall.
"I am really looking forward to having both Achim and Alp join the Gaels," Wayman said. "They will add excitement, talent and depth to our program."
Wayman also added that both players are outstanding students to go along with their athletic ability.
The Gaels return eight of nine players from last year's team that finished 10-11 overall.
