Lydia Buggs Bio

PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: During her time in high school, Buggs was a decorated multi-sport athlete who excelled at both soccer and track and field... On the pitch, she was awarded 1st and 2nd Team All-League honors and helped Vista Murrieta become league champions twice... Buggs also played for Legends FC and had experiences with the US Soccer Training Center and Nike Elite Player Development Training... She was also part of the Cal South Olympic Development Program (ODP)… Lydia plans to major in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine... She hopes to become an athletic trainer for professional teams while continuing to pursue becoming a sports physician.
