LAST TIME OUT
The Gaels finished their non-conference schedule with a 3-0 win over Nevada at Saint Mary's Stadium. A dominating performance saw the Gaels bounce back from their first defeat of the season earlier in the week when AnnaMaria DiGeronimo broke the deadlock after two minutes, Suzuna Shibukawa struck her sixth of the season and Carly Hittenmiller topped it off with her first of the campaign.

ABOUT USF
The Dons are 4-3-2 on the season so far and were 4-4-2 in the spring campaign. They're coming off a 2-0 victory over defending conference champion Santa Clara, and goalkeeper Molly Eby was named the WCC Defensive Player of the Week after making eight saves against the Broncos.

The Dons played the unbeaten Oregon Ducks to a 2-2 draw to start the season and played very good games in 1-0 losses to SMU, Stanford, and Cal. The Gaels are 23-13-2 against the Dons going back to 1985, including a Gaels 2-0 win in the most recent match up last season.

ABOUT BYU
The 5-3-1 BYU Cougars have scored seven goals in a game three times this season. The only time their high-powered offense has been shut out this season was against the 8-2 Arkansas Razorbacks.

All-American Mikayla Colohan and senior forward Cameron Tucker were named to the 2021 MAC Hermann Trophy watch list by the United Soccer Coaches and the Missouri Athletic Club, which is awarded annually to the top collegiate men and women's soccer players in the nation.

Colohan has been named to the watch list for the third year in a row, and has been named a semifinalist the past two seasons. The senior midfielder accounted for 11 goals and five assists on her way to being named the WCC Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. She is currently tied for sixth on the BYU All-Time scoring list with 37 goals. Colohan was selected by the Orlando Pride with the 14th overall pick in the 2021 National Women's Soccer League Draft. She will continue to compete this season for BYU before going pro.

Tucker recorded eight goals and a conference-best eight assists last season. The senior forward was named to the All-WCC first team and was an Academic All-WCC honorable mention. The Gaels are looking for their first win against BYU going back to the 2011 season, but have recorded two ties, including their most recent meeting in last season's 1-1 tie.
