

Gaels Earn Ten Selections to 2025 Men’s and Women’s Soccer CSC Academic All-District Teams

GREENWOOD, Ind. - The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's and women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced
December 16, 2025.
Saint Mary's had a combined ten selections with six from the men's team and four from the women's team. Seniors Fynn Allmon and Bastian Toelhoej were selected for the second consecutive season while Sam Bentley, Hubert Deragon, Jona Starek and TJ Dilley all earned their first All-District selections. For his success on the field and in the classroom, sophomore defender TJ Dilley was also selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. Saint Mary's men's soccer has never had a CSC Academic All-American and the last Academic All-American for the Gaels was Beau Levesque from men's basketball back in 2014.
For the women, senior center back Amari Hicks was the lone repeat selection for the Gaels after being named to the All-District team in 2024. Additionally, Maddie Lucas, Molly Silva and Brooklyn Smith earned their first All-District selections to round out the women's team and a stellar 2025 campaign.

- Be at least a sophomore academically and athletically
- An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA
- A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA as both an undergraduate and graduate-student
- Transfer student-athletes who are in their first semester at new institution must have at least a 3.50 GPA at their former institution
- Student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or start in at least 66 percent of games played
- Institutions are limited to six award recipients
