Sunday Soccer Start Times Moved Due to Heat

MORAGA, Calif. – Due to an expected heat wave in the Bay Area this weekend, the scheduled start times for the SMC Men's and Women's Soccer games on Sunday have been moved up to earlier in the day to avoid playing in extreme heat.
Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-to-high 90s in Moraga on Sunday, so the Women's Soccer match with Texas Tech has been moved from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Men's Soccer will now play UC Davis at 1:30 p.m. rather than at 3:00 p.m. so the Gaels aren't playing during the hottest part of the day.
