SENIOR SALUTE
This week will be the final time that Makenna Joyce, Kate Blackwell, Ella Sandt and Kjersti Strong will suit up in a Saint Mary's uniform. Blackwell and Strong both transferred in after seasons at their respective junior colleges, while Sandt and Joyce both have been in Moraga for four seasons. All four will be honored during senior day festivities this Saturday.

ABOUT THE LIONS
The LMU Lions quest for their first 20 win season since 2018, currently sitting at 18-6 and in sole possession of second place in the WCC. First year Head Coach Trent Kersten has had a dynamo start with the Lions, having won 18 of his first 24 matches at the helm. The Lions have found success on both ends of the court this season. Offensively, Jacquelyne Moore leads the nation with a 0.465 hitting percentage, while defensively, Sam Hastings leads the WCC at 3.94 digs, helping LMU to their conference leading 0.160 opponent hitting percentage. When these two teams met up in Los Angeles earlier this season, the Lions swept the Gaels, and Hastings notched a season-best 26 digs.

ABOUT THE TIGERS
After reaching the 18 win mark for the first time since 2014 a year ago, Pacific has a chance to surpass that mark this week, sitting at 17-9 on the campaign. Head Coach Greg Gibbons has already secured his eighth winning season in 14 years at the helm of UoP's program, and will hope to finish 10+ games above 0.500 for only the second time in his career. No team in the WCC has taken more swings than Pacific, averaging 35.6 per set. Converting on those swings at a high rate are seniors Alexa Edwards and Biamba Kabengele, each with over 300 kills on the year. Against the Gaels this year in Stockton, the Tigers were reverse swept, despite a 16 kills, 14 digs double-double from Kabengele.
