ROW | Gaels Kick Off Their Season Against Cal Poly Humboldt

MORAGA, Calif. - The Saint Mary's rowing team will open up their 2024-2025 season this Saturday, October 12th in Briones Reservoir where they will compete against Cal Poly Humboldt. The Gaels are excited to begin the season as this is the first race for the freshman, the two transfers, and the group of Novices who will face the Humboldts Novice 8+.
GAELS 2024-2025 RECAP
The Gaels wrapped up the 2023-2024 season at the West Coast Conference Championships, where they tied for third place with LMU for a total of 24 points. The 2v8+ boat finished third overall with a time of 7:12.84, coming in behind Gonzaga and San Diego. The Second Varsity 8+ boat tied their best WCC finish since 2015. The 1v8+ boat placed fourth overall with a time of 6:56.89, as they were in front for the majority of the race
