AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2025-26): Competed in two events as an individual for the Gaels during the 2025-26 season... Made his collegiate debut at the Saint Mary's Invitational (10/20) where he finished in 87th place at 22-over-par... Recorded a low round of 77 (+5) in the final round of that event... Recorded his best finish at The Tindall Individual Invitational (9/22), finishing t-24th at 7-over-par (75-73-75--223)... Recorded his lowest round of the season at that event with a second round 73 (+1) which included a pair of birdies.
AS A FRESHMAN (2024-25): Did not compete in an event for the Gaels.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Almajano joined the Gaels men's golf program as a freshman from Fremont, California... He attended Mission San Jose High School where he was a four year varsity golfer... Almajano was the 2022-23 All-League MVP and a four-time Team MVP at Mission San Jose HS... Recorded four tournament titles during the 2024 season including the Cowboy Classic, Aiello Invitational, Ukiah 35th Golf Classic and the Gary Rovig Invitational.
