Luther Hart is in his junior year with the Gaels. Growing up in Livermore, California, Hart attended Granada High School where he finished second in the D2 state championships in 2021-2022 and first in the D2 NCS championships in the same year. In addition, he also finished first in the East Bay Athletic League in 2022. In his collegiate career, Hart set his PR in the 1500 at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 2025 clocking in with a time of 4:09.21. For cross country, he set his best 8k time in the 2023 season at the Bronco Invitational finishing with a time of 24:59.9. Luther Hart is working to receive a dual degree in engineering and plans to work in either construction or architecture post graduation.
