CAREER HIGHLIGHTS (THROUGH 2023-24 SEASON)
AS A SENIOR (2023-24): Made four countable appearances in her senior season, going 1-3 on the year...Twice paired with Karmin Brown in the #4 spot, dropping both contests...Split a pair of matches in the #5 spot playing with Paola Peralta...Often occupied the Gaels exhibition #6 spot alongside Clarissa Klein.
AS A JUNIOR (2022-23): Appeared in eight matches during her first season in Moraga, with all eight of those appearances coming in the fifth spot...picked up her first collegiate win during the Outrigger Duke Classic in Hawaii, beating Stephen F. Austin...subbed into the twos spot againt #9 Cal with Genevieve Bane on April 21.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Transfers to Saint Mary's after spending one season at MiraCosta College...racked up 258 digs while also posting 106 kills for the Spartans as a freshman, helping her land PCAC Second Team All-Conference honors in 2021...in high school, Martinez was named All-Metro 4A First Team and All-State in 2019, while earning District 5AAAA First Team honors...also a standout in the classroom, taking home two All-District Academic awards in 2018 and 2019.
