Denver, CO - The Saint Mary's men's soccer team (2-5-2) was defeated by Air Force by a final score of 4-0. Adam Zielske, Matthew Walker and Alex Monsalve all tallied two shots for the Gaels.
In the day's first game of the Denver Invitational, the Air Force Falcons defeated the Gaels by a score of 4-0, with two goals coming in each half. Goalkeeper Mike Taylor had seven saves for the Falcons has they improve to 4-4-1 on the season. SMC's goalkeeper Josh Duffy recorded six saves while allowing four goals.
The Gaels will return to tournament action when they play host Denver on Sunday, September 29. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
