As a Gael, Beck left a lasting impression on the Saint Mary's program and the West Coast Conference. In her four years at SMC, she amassed 1,439 points and recorded a .599 field goal percentage (fourth-best all-time) in her final season with the team. Her field goal percentage for each of her four seasons are all within the top-12 all time for the Gaels. Beck's career shooting percentage of .565 is second-best in SMC women's basketball history.
She was named to the All-WCC First Team during her junior and senior seasons and the All-WCC Freshman Team in her rookie season with the Gaels. Furthermore, Beck was named Freshman of the Year by the conference in 2014, giving the honor to an SMC women's basketball player for the first time in 14 years. Beck was an exemplary, all-around student-athlete, as she was also named to the WCC All-Academic Team three-consecutive times from her sophomore to senior years.
