Live Stream | Stats

After two weeks off because of COVID-19 concerns regarding their scheduled road match against Pacific last week, the Gaels and Tigers will link up on Tuesday at home inside UCU Pavilion. Despite the pause, Saint Mary's comes in having won three straight, standing as one of the hotter teams in the very competitive WCC. The Gaels will host Pacific on Tuesday before heading to their place in two weeks to play the final match of the series against Pacific. This will be the first indoor match for Saint Mary's after playing four beach duals the last two weekends.

 THURSDAY

Women's Tennis at Stanford, 2:00 pm (Stanford, Calif.)

The Gaels will take their two-match win streak to Stanford on Thursday as they take on the Cardinal at 2 p.m. Stanford is ranked just outside the top-25 this year (No. 28) and are 4-0 with all wins coming by 7-0 scores. SMC is fresh off a 4-3 win over UC Davis from Saturday and will have just one more non-conference match after Thursday.

Saint Mary's will join women's tennis on Thursday by traveling to Stanford for a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m. The Gaels are 6-9 this year after dropping three straight to Cal Poly over the past weekend and will look to get off the schneid against the Cardinal. Stanford is 11-3 this season and received two votes in the latest USA Softball coaches poll. SMC has met Stanford just three times over the past few seasons and last defeated the Cardinal in 2013 on the road, 5-2.

FRIDAY

Men's Tennis at Golden Gate Invitational, 2:00 pm (Sacramento, Calif.)

Saint Mary's will face Sacramento State at the Golden Gate Invitational on Friday. The Gaels played the Hornets last Friday and were bested in a close 4-3 match. SMC is 1-5 this year and 0-1 in conference play.

Live Stream | Stats

Back inside UCU Pavilion for the second time this week, Saint Mary's takes on San Francisco in the first of their two matches against the Dons. This series will be split with Saint Mary's playing at home on Friday, and on the road Saturday afternoon. The Gaels are chasing the Dons for the fourth-best record in the WCC, and sit just one game behind the Dons going into the week. Of the remaining teams left on the schedule this year, Saint Mary's only has two matches against teams over .500.

Baseball at Pacific, 6:00 pm (Stockton, Calif.)
Live Stream | Stats

Saint Mary's is back on the diamond against Pacific, but not in WCC play just yet. The Gaels and Tigers will play a four-game, non-conference series before they get going in WCC play next weekend. This will be the first time Saint Mary's has played a WCC team of any kind since the 2019 playoffs, when the Gaels were one inning away from a league championship. The Gaels are just 1-2 in their first three series openers this season, despite a pair of solid starts from their top-of-the-rotation starter, Carlos Lomeli.

SATURDAY

Live Stream

It's time for the first track meet of the season, as the Gaels will head over to Fresno Pacific to take part in their Spring Break Invitational on Saturday morning. Saint Mary's will be regulars on the campus of the Sunbirds, taking part in three meets on their campus this semester, with one more coming up in March, and one in early April. The schedule will feature additional meets in the future, once guidelines regarding COVID-19 become clearer across various counties within the state.

The Gaels will look to secure their first win of the season after starting 0-3-2 through the first five contests. Following their Thursday contests at Stanford, the Gaels continue the road trip with a three-game series at San Diego State. The first two games will be played in doubleheader fashion on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. The Aztecs are 9-3 this season and took down San Diego from the WCC in their first two games of the season.

Saint Mary's will play their third doubleheader of the season when they take on Pacific in games two and three of their four-game series on Saturday. Some of the Gaels best pitching performances this season have come in doubleheaders, as they often throw Ky Bush and Sam Bower in the middle of each series. Both starter's have not allowed more than two runs in a start this season, and will look to pick up where they left off last weekend against Cal, where they combined to allow just three runs in 13 innings.

Men's Tennis at Golden Gate Invitational, 2:00 pm (Sacramento, Calif.)

Saint Mary's concludes the two-day tournament in Sacramento with a match against Fresno State. The Bulldogs are 8-2 this year and are 3-0 against WCC schools with two wins against LMU and one win over San Francisco.

Volleyball at San Francisco, 4:00 pm (San Francisco)

The two-game series against the Dons shifts to The City on Saturday afternoon as Saint Mary's and USF lock up once more. The Gaels enter this series having won their last eight matchups against the Dons, with San Francisco last winning in 2015. If the Gaels are able to run this streak to ten wins in a row against the Dons, it would be the longest winning streak either team has had against each other in this historic rivalry, going back to 1987.

SUNDAY

Softball at San Diego State (DH), 11:00 am (San Diego, Calif.)

Live Stream | Stats

The Gaels and Aztecs conclude their weekend series with the third and final contest on Sunday morning. It will be the fifth game of the week for SMC who will also face off with Stanford in a doubleheader on Thursday.

Men's Soccer vs. Gonzaga, 1:00 pm (Moraga, Calif.)
Live Stream | Stats

Saint Mary's is 2-0-1 this year and have not surrendered a goal all year. Last week, the Gaels were listed at No. 21 in the first United Coaches poll of the season after being ranked all of last year. Gonzaga is 2-5 this season and have dropped both of their WCC matches to LMU and USF.

Baseball vs. Pacific, 1:00 pm (Moraga, Calif.)
Live Stream | Stats

The four-game series against Pacific concludes on Sunday as it shifts to Louis Guisto Field in Moraga. Saint Mary's will prepare to spend the next week at home, as they will have four home games the following week after this series, including their beginning to WCC play. This series is just the beginning of their matchups against Pacific this season, as Saint Mary's has (tentatively) scheduled 10 of their 55 games this season against the Tigers, with seven of those coming in non-conference games. These teams will meet again in April and May for the additional series.
