AS A JUNIOR (2021): Went 7-5 with a 2.99 ERA in 14 starts during his first season in Moraga...led the Gaels in wins and strikeouts with 112...his strikeout total for the season was best in the West Coast Conference, and the fifth-most in Saint Mary's history...held opponents to a .235 batting average and just .223 in conference play...over his final six starts of the year, Bush went 4-2 with a 2.91 earned run average, while striking out 58 in 37 innings and walking just eight...recorded three starts of 10+ strikeouts, including two starts where he struck out a career-best 13: April 18 vs. Santa Clara and May 16 vs. LMU...in the Santa Clara start, he did now allow a hit until the sixth inning, and finished with 7 innings of two-hit ball and no walks...in the LMU start, he allowed three hits in 7.1 shutout innings, earning WCC Pitcher of the Week honors as well as Collegiate Baseball Pitcher of the Week...named All-WCC First Team...enters the draft process as the 66th-ranked prospect according to MLB.com.

PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Spent the 2020 season at Central Arizona College for his sophomore year...went 5-1 across 7 starts with a 2.43 ERA in 33.1 innings...struck out 43, including 9 in a win over Utah State Eastern in late January...spent his freshman season at Washington State where he appeared in 19 games, with 9 starts...graduate of Fremont High School...selected in the 40th round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals.
