PROVO, Utah - Saint Mary's Women's Tennis had been on a three-match win streak before the BYU Cougars took the regular season finale 4-2.

The Cougars won the doubles point and the first singles match. But No. 44 Mariia Kozyreva defeated Leah Heimuli 6-1, 6-1 to get the Gaels on the board. BYU would go up 3-1 before Lene Mari Hovda beat Emilee Astle 6-1, 7-5 to close the gap before the Cougars clinched the 4-2 win by taking the next match to finish.
