MORAGA, Calif. - The Saint Mary's baseball team announced their full 2025 schedule including their 32 non-conference games. The Gaels season will officially kickoff at Louis Guisto Field at Br. Ronald Gallagher Stadium on February 14th in a four-game series with Saint Louis. The Billkens were a 37-win team last season and were crowned the A-10 regular season champions as they will travel to Moraga for just the second all-time meeting.  

After traveling to Gainsville for the first time ever last season and taking on the fourth ranked Florida Gators, Saint Mary's will return to the national stage to take on Vanderbilt for the first time since 2017. Head coach Eric Valenzuela took the Gaels to Nashville for the first time that year and will make his return eight years later for a three-game series. 

"The experience of playing in a regional environment is huge for our program", said head coach Eric Valenzuela. "It is great for our group to get to travel across the country and play one of the best programs in college baseball. We are always excited for those types of challenges especially early in the season" (Valenzuela). 

Other notable non-conference series include Big East member Creighton and now Big Ten member Oregon. The Gaels will head to the home of the College Baseball World Series to take on the Bluejays for the first time in program history on March 21st. They will close out their non-conference schedule on May 6th with a two-game series against Oregon for their first series with the Ducks since 2019.

"We have put together a very balanced and challenging schedule. With the youth movement alongside a solid core group of returners, we feel like it can be an exciting season. We have a lot of work left to do before our first game but we are excited for the challenge" (Valenzuela).

The WCC Tournament will return to Las Vegas Ballpark for the third straight year starting on Wednesday, May 21st. The multiyear agreement will come to an end after the 2026 season. Full game times, live stat links, stream links, tickets and more can be found at smcgaels.com.
