

WT&F | Saint Mary’s Posts Multiple Record-Breaking Performances at the Jim Linthicum Invitational

CUPERTINO, Calif. — Saint Mary's women's track and field traveled to the South Bay to take part in the Jim Linthicum Invitational and saw success across multiple events.
Jane Carney led the Gaels in the 1500 meters, placing tenth overall and earning her personal best time of 4:57.04.
In the 400-meter, Madison Dwyer delivered a standout performance, taking fourth place overall with her personal best time of 59.19, the tenth fastest time in program history. The senior also led the Gaels in the 200m, placing tenth with a time of 26.75.
Junior Allie Davis-Libiano set a personal best 100m with a time of 13.03, marking her sixth all-time in program history. She also posted a personal best 27.15 in the 200-meter.
In the throwing events, Mychaela Parker won the discus throw with her personal best mark of 39.98m, the farthest throw in program history. Alexys Carlson placed second in discus with a mark of 38.56m, ranking second all-time in program history. Carlson also placed second in the hammer throw with a mark of 38.82m, while Eliza Wong placed fourth with a throw of 33.85m.
Saint Mary's will be back in action Thursday, April 16 through Saturday, April 18 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa.
