SB | Gaels Continue to Climb! Check in at No. 12 in Latest DI Softball Mid-Major Top-25 and No. 14 in Latest Softball America Mid-Major Power Rankings

LOS ANGELES & MERCER ISLAND, Wash. — The Saint Mary's softball team won its second straight West Coast Conference series of the season, and its fifth straight dating back to last year, taking two of three on the road at Seattle. The series win kept the powers that be interested, as the Gaels climbed two more spots in the DI Softball Mid-Major Top-25, jumping into the top half at No. 12, and jumped two more spots in the Softball America Mid-Major Power Rankings, coming in at No. 14.
Familiar foe Long Beach State made their way back into the DI Softball Mid-Major Top-25 at 24th. The Gaels defeated the Beach in their Mary Nutter Classic finale in a thriller, 13-10. The full DI Softball Mid-Major Top-25 can be seen below:
