AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23):
Indoor: Only freshman on the roster to appear in all 26 matches during the 2022 indoor season...spending time as the second setter in the 6-2, Garcia was second on the team in assists with 202, and was fourth on the team in aces with 16...eclipsed 10 assists on eight occasions, with the first of those coming in her second collegiate game on August 27 at Boise State (16)...this was also her first and only double-double on the year, where she added 11 digs...her career-best in assists came in conference play, a five-set win against Gonzaga on November 17, where she put up 25 assists.
Beach: Made 13 appearances for the Gaels during her freshman season, going 5-8 in the fives...went 4-1 with Megan Chandler Allred as her partner, but spent the most time with Angie Bour (eight matches)...her first three wins of the year came in WCC fashion, with victories over Portland, Pacific, and San Francisco.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Graduate of Syracuse High School in Layton, Utah...racking up over 3,000 career assists across four seasons (9.0 assists per set), holding the Syracuse High School program record with 3,311...Titans took first place in the region during her freshman and senior seasons, and finished as high as third in the state in 2021...has been named an AVCA All-American twice (including 2021), Utah State Region 1 MVP, 6A Deseret News Second Team All-State, and a four-time First Team All-Region student-athlete.
Favorite volleyball memory: My senior year at state breaking the state record for most career assists and seeing all of my friends and family who were there to support me.
Favorite holiday: Halloween
What do you love most about Saint Mary’s: I love the campus and overall environment and culture the school gives.
Favorite thing about SMC Volleyball: The team. Such a great group of girls, so happy to call them family.
Favorite food or meal: SUSHI
Top-3 favorite songs: Tennessee Whiskey Chris Stapleton, Careless Whisper George Michael, 9 to 5 Dolly Parton

Personal Hobbies: I love playing soccer.
