MORAGA, Calif. – The Gaels will look to continue building momentum as they head to Azusa Pacific for the three-day, Bryan Clay Invite which begins on Wednesday.

Last weekend, several SMC student-athletes set personal records including: Tommy Bell who finished fifth overall with a 4:02.98, Anthony Vazquez who finished eighth with a time a time of 4:03.33, and Michael Lopez 4:30.87 who came in 40th – all in the 1500. Furthermore, Bell's ninth-place finish in the 800 (1:58.07), Emma McCarthy's 1:01.88 in the 400 (eighth), Kaela Dishion's 2:22.74 in the 800 (sixth), and her 4:45.09 in the 1500 (fifth) were all PRs.
