LOS ANGELES — Saint Mary's dropped their contest against No. 1 USC on the road on Friday by a 7-0 score.
The Trojans claimed the doubles point with 6-3 and 6-2 scores on courts 1 and 2, respectively. In singles play, Karlo Divkovic went toe-to-toe with No. 26 Mor Bulis and forced three sets but fell in the tiebreaker. James Watt also forced long sets with the nation's No. 1 player, Daniel Cukierman, with 7-6, 6-4 scores.
Saint Mary's returns to the court next week against UC Davis for their home opener on Feb. 13. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
