LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Saint Mary's Women's Tennis came up short of keeping their four-match winning streak going as the Loyola Marymount Lions won 4-1 against SMC at the LMU Tennis Center.
The Lions took the doubles point but Jocelyn Massey won the first match to finish in the singles competition when she took out Isabella Tcherkes-Za 6-2, 6-0 and things were all even.
But the Lions would the next three matches to clinch the match and secure the win.
UP NEXT
The Gaels will take on Pepperdine University in Malibu on Saturday at 12 noon.
