BERKELEY, Calif - Gaels continue to battle on Day Two of the Cal Fall Invite with multiple duos competing in the Semifinals.
Juliette Daries and Tian Yu Dong continue their win streak in the Gold open doubles semifinals against Southern Miss Warisara Lee and Weronika Ejsmont. The pair won 8-5 and will progress into finals against a duo from Cal.
In the White open double, Sofia Daryaie and Stefanie Silva faced Azaria Hayes and Alicia Yue from the University of San Francisco, where Daryaie and Silva won 8-2 in the quarterfinals. They continued to battle hard in the semifinals where they fell short 6-8 against Kaavya Sawhney and Win Ka Lin from BYU.
Dong also competed in the Blue open singles and lost to Cal's Katja Wiersholm 2-6, 0-6.
