AS A SENIOR (2025): Did not appear in a game for the Gaels due to injury.
AS A JUNIOR (2024): Hirayama appeared in 11 games for the Gaels in his third season with the program... He drew three walks on the season and scored three runs with an RBI on a bases loaded walk against San Jose State (3/5).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023): Appeared in 23 games as a pinch runner and defensive specialist……went 1-12 at the plate with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored.
AS A FRESHMAN (2022): Played in 24 games including 3 starts as a true freshman for the Gaels… primarily playing shortstop but mixing it up on the infield Hirayama had a fielding percentage of .857… at the plate he had an average of .333 in his 27 at-bats… his first collegiate hit and extra base hit came at home against UC Davis when he doubled to left center.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: From Saint Louis High School in HI … had a .300 batting average his senior year … was the 3rd ranked shortstop in the state of Hawaii coming out of high school... Overall a .350 Batting Average, 3 Home runs, .996 Fielding Percentage, .444 On Base Percentage in high school... Second team ILH... OC16 Impact Player Award... Dean’s and President’s List.
