CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
AS A SENIOR (2023): Appeared in 12 games and made 10 starts on the year... Finished with three goals, two assists and 13 shots... After going down 0-1, Hardin scored two goals to give the Gaels a 2-1 win vs. Dartmouth.
AS A JUNIOR (2022): Appeared in 13 matches with eight starts, recording five points on two goals and an assist... scored the equalizing goal in a 3-1 victory over UC Irvine (Sept 12.)... scored the game-winning goal against WCC foe Pacific (Oct. 26)... assisted on the equalizing goal in the Gaels 3-2 win over Niagara in the season opener (Aug. 25)... named a WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention with a 3.278 GPA.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021): Appeared in 17 games a sophomore starting four of them ... netted a goal against Dixie State in a winning effort ... had eight shots on the year with one on goal ... took three shots in the season finale against San Diego ... played a career high 66 minutes against Gonzaga.
AS A FRESHMAN (2020): Played in all nine matches (season played during spring of 2021) … scored two goals … tallied his first career score on Feb. 21 against Santa Clara in a 2-0 win … played a season-high 46 minutes in the match … also scored in the season finale against Portland on Apr. 17 … played 26 minutes in his college debut against Pacific on Feb. 17 … took seven shots during the year with three coming on goal … had two-shot games against San Francisco and LMU.
PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Hardin hails from Washington and played on his high school's varsity squad all four years. His junior year was one to remember as he led Tahoma to win both their division and district championship. Hardin was named an All-State All-American, First Team All-League, and Team MVP that season and was chosen as team captain for the 2020 season. Hardin also played for Pacific Northwest SC, helping his team win the Surf Cup in 2017 and ECNL Northwest Championship in 2019-20. When asked why he chose Saint Mary's, Hardin stated, "I felt at home as soon as I stepped on campus for the first time. I felt like Saint Mary's was the best school for me to grow as a person and soccer player." He will study business while at Saint Mary's.
