AS A SENIOR (2022-2023)
Cross Country: The senior competed in just race during the fall at the USF Invite, but he was not able to finish the race
Track: Did not compete during track season
AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
Cross Country: Competed in five races for the Gaels, including both postseason meets...began his year with a 23rd place finish at the San Francisco Invite on September 4...improved by over one minute to set a personal best at the Bronco Invitational on October 16 with a time of 24:26.6, landing inside the top-30...finished 43rd at the WCC Championship, finishing third on the Gaels...ran a 32:06.5 at the NCAA West Regionals.
Track: Shook off an injury to finish the season competing in the last four meets of the year...ran in both the 800m and the 1500m at the Hartnell Open on April 23 and set PRs in both (800m 2:02.62, 1500m 4:10.44)...his finish in the 1500m was good for eighth-place overall...won the 5000m race at the West Coast Last Chance on May 15 with a time of 14:43.94, the best mark of his career.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
Did not compete in either cross country or track seasons during the abbreviated 2021 spring seasons.
AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)
Cross Country: Competed at all six meets for Saint Mary’s during his freshman season...Made his collegiate debut at the USF Invite on August 31 where he came in fifth for the Gaels and 38th overall with a 26:51.1 finish...Was first for SMC and 18th in the field at the Stump Invitational (25:52)...Earned first among Gael runners at both the Capital Cross Challenge and the Bronco Invite as well...Represented Saint Mary’s at both the West Coast Conference Championships (25:53.8) and the NCAA West Regionals (32:25.3, 1st place for SMC).
Track: Competed in just one meet for the Gaels in 2020…recorded a personal best in the 3000m at the West Coast Invitational, where he finished 4th overall with a time of 8:39.72…was the third-fastest Gael in the 3000m in 2020.
