AS A FRESHMAN (2026): Played in 48 games and made 32 starts, finishing the season as the starting third baseman for the Gaels... Finished the season with a .343 batting average, a .428 on-base percentage, a .522 slugging percentage and a .950 OPS... Recorded 46 hits, 13 doubles, one triple, three home runs, 23 RBI and 28 runs scored... Made collegiate debut as a pinch runner on opening day against Creighton (2/13)... Made his first appearance at shortstop in game two of a doubleheader against Creighton, going 2-for-4 with a run scored and a double (2/14)... Made first collegiate start at shortstop in a 11-8 win over Rice, going 3-for-5 with a run scored (3/15)... Recorded a season high four hits and six RBI in a 14-4 run-rule victory over Bakersfield (4/8)... PRIOR TO SAINT MARY'S: Attended Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo... Three-year varsity player... Batted a career high .487 with 55 hits, ten doubles and seven home runs during his senior season in 2025... Over his three varsity seasons, Josephson played in 87 games and finished with a career .394 batting average and a .503 on-base percentage... Named to the California All-State Baseball Second Team... Team went 28-7 and 12-2 in league play to win the West Catholic division.
