AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2026): Made 14 appearances and one start as a redshirt freshman for the Gaels... Finished the season with a 8.64 ERA, a 1.86 WHIP and a 2-0 record on the mound... Pitched 16.2 innings and allowed 18 hits, 16 earned runs, 13 walks and struck out 18 batters... Opposing hitters hit .277 against Johnson on the season... Made his collegiate debut in a third of an inning in relief against Pepperdine (3/21)... Recorded his first collegiate win in his first collegiate start, tossing a scoreless first inning with three strikeouts to earn the win as the designated opener against Bakersfield (4/8)... Pitched a season high three innings in relief, allowing just one run off one hit in a 2-1 victory over Pacific (4/4)... Struck out the side again in one inning of relief against Cal (4/28)... Made two postseason appearances in relief, pitching against Pacific in the WCC. Tournament (5/22) and Cal Poly in the NCAA Los Angeles Regional (5/30).
