CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
AS A SENIOR (2026): Made 14 appearances and 14 starts as a senior for the Gaels during the 2026 season... Was the primary Friday starter throughout the season, finishing with a 7-2 record... Finished with a 2.70 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP over a team high 83.1 innings pitched... Allowed 72 hits, 25 earned runs while striking out a team high 87 strikeouts and allowing a .232 opponent batting average... Eleven of his 14 starts he went at least six innings... Completed a career high seven innings four times including three consecutive seven-inning starts where he went 2-1 with wins over Pacific (4/2) and Santa Clara (4/10)... Got the Friday start in the opening game of the NCAA Los Angeles Regional where he completed seven innings allowing just two runs off five hits with six strikeouts against No. 1 UCLA (5/29)... Hit double-digit strikeouts twice including a career high eleven strikeouts in a seven-inning performance against Pacific (4/2)... Named All-WCC First Team... AS A JUNIOR (2025): Made a career high 20 appearances and seven starts during the 2025 season... Finished with a 6.20 ERA and a 1.79 WHIP... Damozonio went 4-3 on the mound with 53.2 innings pitched, 37 earned runs, 24 walks and 44 strikeouts... Had three outings with at least five innings pitched and pitched a career high 5.1 innings twice... Struck out a career high five batters in 3.1 innings in relief against Sacramento State... Threw four innings in relief allowing just one earned run in the WCC Tournament Championship game, got credit for his fourth win as the Gaels defeated San Diego 9-8 for the tournament title.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2024): Appeared in 11 games and made one start for the Gaels... Threw over 16 innings, striking out 11 batters. Finished the season with a 10.80 ERA, a 2.34 WHIP and a 1-2 record on the mound... Threw a season high five innings, allowing just two runs and striking out three batters in a 4-2 non-conference win vs. Nevada.
