AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2021-22)
Cross Country: Ran five races during his final season as a Gael, ending it in the best fashion of any of his previous years...began the year with a third-place finish at the San Francisco Invite, his best finish of the year...remained in the top-six with a sixth-place finish at the UCR Invitational on September 18...posted the third-fastest 8k time in Saint Mary's history at the Bronco Invitational on October 16 when he ran the race in 23:44.9, finishing fourth overall...remained under 24-minutes at the WCC Championship, with a 23:59.2, good for 13th and All-WCC Second Team honors, the first time in his career he received the honor from the conference...his 10k time of 30:36.0 at the NCAA West Regionals placed him in 38th, and was the fourth-fastest in Gaels history.
Track: Did not compete during his final track season.

AS A FIFTH YEAR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Paced the Gaels in both their races during the shortened 2021 spring cross country season...became a first-time winner in his first race of the year, when he won the Jessup Invite on February 6 with a time of 25:31.8...was the top-finishing Gael during the WCC Championships where he placed 40th overall in a stacked field...named WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
Track: Was the leading Gael at nine different events during the 2021 season...found his way into the record book on multiple occasions while setting several PRs along the way...set the SMC record in the 5000m on three different occasions, first occurring at the APU Distance Carnival on April 3...broke his own record twice more, finishing with the existing school mark at the West Coast Distance Carnival on May 8, where he came in fourth overall with a time of 14:07.14...every 1500m he ran during the year (three times), he finished in under 4:00...his final 1500m came at the Fresno State Invitational and he finished 3rd overall with a 3:48.71, good for the third-fastest time in SMC history...ran the 10000m for the first time in his career at the APU Last Chance Twilight and posted the third-fasted time in Gaels history, with a second-place finish of 29:53.81...in eight of nine events, he placed inside the top-six overall.

AS A SENIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Did not compete for the Gaels during the 2019 cross country season
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted a second-place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:25.60, a personal best…ended his year at the Cal Opener with a 3:57.39 in the 1500m, good for 5^th place…both results were the fastest times run by a Gael in those races in 2020.

AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Cross Country: Ran in all six races for the Gaels including the NCAA West Regionals ... Received first place among the team in every race during the 2018 season ... Helped the men's team to a sixth place finish in two of the races during the season which was the highest team finish of the year ... Finished in 11th place at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 24:40.4 ... Had the top finish for the Gaels in the NCAA West Regionals at 45th place (30:32.0).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Gaels … Finished 108th in 31:45.2 (3rd finisher for SMC) at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships … Came in 42nd in 25:40.0 and finished among four Gaels in the top-50 … Was the Gaels’ fifth scorer and finished 52nd in 25:53.3 in the West Coast Conference Championship meet … Ran in 31:45.2 and finished 108th in the NCAA West Regional. 
Track: Ran personal bests across four different distances while competing in six meets during the season ... His 5,000-meter time of 14:30.93 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20) was the third-fastest time in program history ... Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 at the Sacramento State Open (May 5), running personal bests of 1:57.85 and 3:57.91, respectively ... Ran 30:56.71 in his first collegiate 10,000 meters at the Portland Twilight Meet (May 12) ... Also ran in his first collegiate indoor meet on Feb. 11, running 8:27.23 in the 3,000 at the UW Open.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Cross Country: Showed promise in first season with Saint Mary's .. best time of 25:06.5 at Stanford Invitational where he came in 68th ... Came in 50th in 26:36.5 at the West Coast Conference Championships on Oct. 28 ... Finished 139th in 32:37 at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 11.

HIGH SCHOOL
A graduate of Ann Sobrato High School in Morgan Hill, CA
Athletics: 2015 State Qualifier in Cross Country, 2nd in D2 CCS Cross Country, 2nd in CCS 3200m in 2016, 20th in the State 3200m. Ran a personal best 2:01 in the 800m, 4:21.37 1600m, 8:46.75 in 3000m, 9:15.23 in the 3200m, and a 15:40.00 in the 5K.
