AS A SENIOR (2021-22)
Cross Country: raced in three races for SMC during his senior season...finished inside the top-35 at both the UCR Invitational and the Pacific Invitational...his best time of the season came at the UCR Invitational, where he finished in 26:05.5.
Track: did not compete for the Gaels during the track season.
AS A JUNIOR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Raced in only the Jessup Invite during the shortened 2021 spring cross country season...scored a 15th place finish with his time of 27:42.9...named First Team All-Academic in the WCC.
Track: Competed in seven meets on the Gaels 2021 track schedule as a junior...twice helped the Gaels earn top-six finishes in the 4x400m relay, including a fifth-place finish at the Spring Break Invitational...also placed 10th in the 800m with a 2:01.59 at the Spring Break Invitational, a season-best time...best 1500m time came at the Cal Poly Spring Break Challenge on March 24, where he ran at 4:05.11.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
Cross Country: Competed in four races for the Gaels during the 2019 season...Came in fifth for Saint Mary’s at the Bronco Invitational on October 19 with a race time of 25:33...Also raced at the USF Invite, the Stump Invitational, and the Capital Cross Challenge during his sophomore year
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted an 11th place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:57.16…ended his year at the Cal Opener with a 4:04.92 in the 1500m, good for 12th place and the third-fastest 1500m time by a Gael in 2020.
AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
Cross Country: Bell competed in all six meets for the Gaels during his freshman season...Recorded his highest place finish at the USF Invitational on September 1 where he secured 46th with a race time of 26:35.1 in the 6K...Raced a 26:53.1 in the 8K at the WCC Championship and helped the Gaels to a fifth place finish, their best since 2001...Was also among the top five Gael finishes in a number of races including the Captiol Cross Challenge and the Bronco Invitational.
