AS A FIFTH YEAR (2021-22)
Cross Country: raced in five invitationals for Saint Mary's in his final season...scored his best finish of the season in the San Francisco Invite on September 4, finishing 24th overall...scored a personal best with a 25:50.1 at the Bronco Invitational on October 16...finished 46th overall at the WCC Championship...improved by over 30 seconds from his previous run at the NCAA West Regionals, finishing the 10k season-ending race in 32:03.6.
Track: distance runner who was near the top of the field in a variety of events during the 2022 season...opened the season with a seventh-place finish at the West Coast Opener in the 3000m with a PR of 8:41.36...set another PR the following week in the 1500m with a 4:04.66...finished second in the 5000m at the Cal Poly Invitational...set a PR in the 5000m at the Fresno State Invitational on April 30 with a time of 14:53.34...ran his second 10000m of the year at Asuza Pacific on May 14 and finished eighth with a personal best of 30:48.37.
AS A SENIOR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Competed in both races during the 2021 spring cross country season...finished fourth overall in the Jessup Invite on February 6 with a time of 26:37...ran the exact same time at the WCC Championship on February 24...named WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention
Track: Raced in seven of the meets on the schedule for SMC during the 2021 season...set six PR's on the season, including multiple in the 5000m which he ran three times...posted a 15:27.55 in the 5000m at the West Coast Distance Carnival on May 8 for his best time of the season...his first final PR was at the State Center Invitational where he ran the 3000m in 8:58.30...also set a PR in the 1500m at the Fresno State Invitational with a time of 4:11.86...raced in the 10000m for the first time in his career at the Bryan Clay Invitational and posted a 32:20.68.
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20)
Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Gaels during his junior year...Placed fourth among his teammates and 33rd in the field at the USF Invite on August 31 to open the season...Was within the top-five of Gael finishers at three separate meets...Represented Saint Mary’s at both the West Coast Conference Championships (26:50.4) and the NCAA West Regionals (32:39)
