AS A SENIOR (2021-22)
Cross Country: Ran in three late-season races for Saint Mary's after missing the early part of the year due to injury...made his season debut at the Bronco Invitational, where he ran his season-best time of 25:11.0...finished 52nd at the West Coast Conference Championship...ran a personal best in the 10k NCAA West Regional with a time of 32:19.8.
Track: Set one personal best by the end of the season, with a time of 3:58.61 in the 1500m at the Fresno State Invitational, just the second time he had finished the 1500m in under four minutes...came within five one-hundredths of a second of that time at the West Coast Last Chance Open on May 15...finished eighth in the 1500m at the Johnn Mathis Meet on April 16...finished tenth and 11th in the 800m in the two times he ran the race, with a season-best time of 1:58.33 at the Cal Poly Invitational.
AS A JUNIOR (2020-21)
Cross Country: Raced in both meets during the shortened 2021 spring season...began his year with a third-place finish at the Jessup Invite on February 6...shaved off 14 seconds from his time to finish just outside the top-50 as one of the best Gaels at the WCC Championship, finishing in 26:13.8...named WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
Track: Competed in eight different meets for the Gaels during the 2021 season, one of the busiest runners across both the men's and women's teams...began his year with his first attempt at the 5000m, and he finished 13th overall at the Spring Break Invitational with a time of 15:16.65...the next four weeks, ran the 1500m and improved his time each, culminating at the Bryan Clay Invite, where he was one of a handful of Gaels all-time to run the 1500m in under four minutes with a time of 3:59.64...his best 800m time came at the Fresno State Invitational on April 24, finishing in 1:57.22.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
Cross Country: Competed in all but one race for the Gaels during his sophomore campaign...Finished first among the Gaels and 24th overall (26:28.5) in the season opener on August 31 at the USF Invite...Earned 22nd place in the field and was second among his teammates at the Stump Invitational on September 13...Represented the Gaels at the West Coast Conference Championships on November 1 with a race time of 25:36.7.
Track: Competed in both meets for the Gaels in 2020…began his season at the West Coast Invitational and posted a sixth-place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:41.83…ended his year at the Cal Opener with a 4:00.51 in the 1500m, good for ninth place and the second-fastest time in 1500m for a Gael in 2020…both results earned him personal bests.
AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)
Cross Country: Ran in four races for the Gaels during his freshman season ... Raced his best time at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:59.4 ... Also competed in the West Coast Conference Championship and ran a time of 27:31.3 ... Ran well at the Capital Cross Challenge with a 26:37.8 time.

Athletics: two-time 1st Team All-Stanislaus County in Cross Country and Track and Field, two-time 1st Team All-Valley Oak League in Cross Country, All Decade Team (2010s) for Stanislaus County, School record holder in 800m,1600m,3200m, 3mi(XC), 5k(XC). Ran personal bests of 1:57.02 in the 800m, 4:34.00 in the 1600m, and 16:35 in the 5k.
